Over the last 10 years, I have associated with Comfort Tech as a competitor, as an equipment supplier, as a management consultant and as a leader in the HVAC industry.  Observing Comfort Tech from these different angles has given me a unique perspective on the company – one that few outsiders would be able to share.

  In the spring of 2006 I was faced with some major decisions about the heating of our duplex in Provo, Utah.  That was challenging since I live in the state of Washington.  So I called my good friend Ballard Gardner who lives in Orem.  He told me that I should call Comfort Tech Custom Heating and Air Conditioning in Orem.  He told me that the owner, Steve Lauritzen was a professional and he had no reservations about recommending him.  In the 50 years that I have known Ballard Gardner I have learned that if there is ever anything he is interested in, he will research it until he knows almost as much as the person who sells the product or provides the service.  So when he gave me your name, I was pretty certain that you were going to solve my heating problems.
